STF Arrests Suspect in Fake Passport Ring, Links to Thailand-Myanmar Trips

The Special Task Force (STF) arrested a suspect in the ongoing investigation of a fake Indian passport network. The individual is believed to have used counterfeit documents to travel between Thailand and Myanmar. The probe, which began in Gwalior, has identified 76 forged passports distributed across seven districts. Authorities say the suspect was apprehended after tracing travel records linked to the fake documents. The STF continues to trace other members of the network and is working with immigration and customs officials to prevent further misuse of counterfeit passports.
