State Greenlights SPV for Water Metro Project

The state government has approved the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to develop and operate a water metro system. The SPV will be responsible for planning, financing, construction and operation of the water metro. The move is aimed at boosting water transport and easing urban congestion.
