Production house Star Dust Creations Entertainment has announced the start of filming for its upcoming horror‑comedy thriller web series in Uttarakhand.
Star Dust Creations Entertainment, a noted Indian production house, has confirmed that filming has begun for its latest horror‑comedy thriller web series. The project marks the company's return to original content creation after a brief pause, and the genre blend aims to attract both thrill‑seekers and comedy fans.
The series will be shot on location in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand, leveraging the region’s rugged terrain and mist‑laden forests to heighten the horror atmosphere while providing a visually striking backdrop for comedic moments. Local authorities have granted the crew necessary permissions, and the production is expected to employ a mix of regional talent and technical staff.
Industry observers note that Uttarakhand’s growing reputation as a filming destination could benefit the series with authentic scenery and cost‑effective logistics. The producers have not disclosed the streaming platform or the release schedule, but they indicated that the series will be available on a major digital service later this year.
The launch underscores Star Dust Creations' strategy to diversify its portfolio and tap into the rising demand for genre‑bending content among Indian streaming audiences.
