Spider‑Man: Brand New Day has surpassed Avatar 2 and Titanic to become the third highest‑grossing film worldwide, raking in $2.3 billion in its theatrical run.
Spider‑Man: Brand New Day, released in 2024, has crossed the $2.3 billion mark in global box‑office receipts, making it the third highest‑grossing film of all time.
The film overtook James Cameron’s Avatar 2 and the 1997 classic Titanic, both of which previously held the top spots behind the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s own Avengers: Endgame.
Marvel Studios notes that the movie’s success is driven by a blend of strong fan anticipation, a well‑timed release window, and robust international marketing.
Industry analysts predict that the film’s earnings will continue to climb as it expands into additional markets and re‑releases in premium formats.
