Speculation Links Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘King’ Promo to Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ramayana’

Mid‑Day has reported that a promotional tie‑up is being discussed between Shah Rukh Khan’s forthcoming action drama ‘King’ and Ranbir Kapoor’s mythological venture ‘Ramayana’. The speculation centres on the possibility that the ‘King’ trailer or teaser could be attached to the launch of ‘Ramayana’.

‘King’, slated for release later this year, marks SRK’s return to a high‑octane narrative after a series of romantic and dramatic projects. ‘Ramayana’, meanwhile, is Kapoor’s first foray into a large‑scale retelling of the ancient Indian epic, expected to attract a broad audience.

Neither Yash Raj Films nor the producers of ‘Ramayana’ have issued an official statement confirming the collaboration. Industry insiders note that cross‑promotional strategies are common when two high‑profile films share a release window, but they also caution that such plans remain tentative until contracts are signed.

Fans of both stars have taken to social media to voice excitement at the prospect, while critics await further clarification. Until an announcement is made, the alleged link remains unverified.
