The Balua area of Ahiraulee market hosted a traditional dramatization of the mythic Ram‑Ravan war as part of its historic fair. Performers reenacted key episodes from the epic, culminating in the lighting of a large Ravan effigy. The fire was set in accordance with customary Dussehra rituals, symbolising the triumph of good over evil.
