Soldier accused of firing in a parking dispute arrested

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Jitendra Kumar Srivastava, DCP (West) says, "There are two sides involved—Rishabh Shukla and the Tiwari family, who are neighbors. A dispute arose regarding the parking of a vehicle, during which Rishabh opened fire. Three people were struck by bullets, and all three have since passed away. Rishabh has been arrested, and the weapon used in the shooting has been recovered. Rishabh possessed a pistol. It has been suggested that he worked in the Merchant Navy, though this is currently being verified. Two people died at the scene, while the third passed away during medical treatment..."
