A black snake entered the outpatient department of M.Y. Hospital in Indore on Tuesday morning, roaming the floor before the OPD opened and later perching near a window, causing a brief uproar among staff and patients.
Indore, Madhya Pradesh – On Tuesday morning, a black snake made its way into the outpatient department (OPD) of M.Y. Hospital. The reptile was seen crawling across the floor for several minutes before the OPD began receiving patients.
Witnesses reported that the snake eventually moved towards a window and settled there, where it remained for a short period. The unexpected presence of the snake caused a brief but noticeable disturbance among hospital staff and waiting patients.
Hospital authorities promptly initiated safety protocols, cordoning off the affected area and calling animal control to remove the snake safely. No injuries were reported, and the OPD resumed normal operations after the snake was cleared.
