Six rounds of gunfire were reported at the residence of Buki Sahil Jain, known as “Google”, in Pitampura, Delhi, following a prior threat from a person identified as Lawrence.
Six rounds of gunfire were reported at the house of Buki Sahil Jain, who is also known as “Google”, in the Pitampura neighbourhood of Delhi. Police said the shots were fired in rapid succession, striking the exterior of the residence.
The victim, identified as a local resident, was unharmed and no casualties were reported. Neighbours described hearing multiple bursts of gunfire and seeing smoke rise from the property.
According to the report, the incident followed a verbal threat allegedly made by an individual named Lawrence, who warned the victim and his family. Authorities are treating the case as a serious criminal offence and have launched an investigation.
Delhi police have appealed for witnesses to come forward and are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the assailants. The motive behind the attack remains under investigation.
