Shri Siddeshwara Swami Leads Procession to Surenahalli Village in Tumakuru District
A religious procession featuring musical ensembles, Veeragase and traditional doll displays will culminate with a Ganpati immersion at 10 pm, followed by a street march through Surenahalli, Karnataka.
Shri Siddeshwara Swami of Shri Kshetra Siddharabetta will lead a procession to Surenahalli village in Koratagere taluk of Tumakuru district, Karnataka, tonight.
The march will be accompanied by musical instrument teams, Veeragase performers, a Nasik doll troupe and other cultural groups that have been brought to the village for the occasion.
At 10:00 pm a Ganpati idol immersion will be performed, after which the Swami's procession will move through the streets of Surenahalli.
Residents of Surenahalli and neighboring villages are expected to receive the Swami's blessings during the event.
