Senior National Conference leader Mubarak Gul has announced that he will address a press conference on November 4, saying he will reveal details about developments within the party. His announcement comes amid controversy over the General Secretary's post after NC president Farooq Abdullah directed Ali Mohammad Sagar to continue in the position despite Gul's earlier appointment.
