RPSC to Allow 30 Candidates to Meet Officials Every 15 Days, Portal Planned

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission will permit up to 30 exam candidates to meet officials bi‑weekly, and a dedicated online portal is being prepared to facilitate these interactions.
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) announced a new initiative that will enable a limited number of candidates appearing for its competitive examinations to have face‑to‑face discussions with commission officials. Under the scheme, a maximum of 30 candidates will be allowed to meet officials once every fifteen days, providing a structured forum for addressing doubts and grievances.
RPSC officials said the measure aims to improve transparency and reduce misinformation among aspirants, who often seek clarification on exam patterns, eligibility criteria and result timelines. By scheduling regular, small‑group meetings, the commission hopes to manage crowd control while ensuring meaningful interaction.
To streamline the process, the commission is developing an online portal where candidates can register for slots, upload identification documents and receive confirmation of their appointment. The portal is expected to go live in the coming weeks, after which the first round of meetings is slated to begin later this month.
Stakeholders, including coaching institutes and former candidates, welcomed the move, noting that direct access to officials could alleviate long‑standing concerns about procedural opacity. RPSC has indicated that the schedule will be reviewed periodically based on feedback and demand.
