Protesters from the Royal Rajput organization encircled the Satna Superintendent of Police office, calling for the removal of the TI involved in the Rahul Singh murder case.
Earlier today, members of the Royal Rajput organization gathered outside the Satna Superintendent of Police (SP) office and formed a complete encirclement of the building. The protest was organized in response to the ongoing investigation into the murder of historian‑activist Rahul Singh.
The killing of Rahul Singh has sparked widespread outrage across the region, with community groups accusing the authorities of failing to act swiftly. The Royal Rajput group, citing the case as a symbol of law‑and‑order lapses, demanded that the TI (terrorist/informant) alleged to be involved be removed from the investigation roster.
Police officials at the SP office confirmed that the protestors were peaceful but firm in their demand for the TI’s removal. They said senior officials have been briefed and that the matter would be reviewed in accordance with procedural norms.
