The Hindi film Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, is aiming for a Grammy Award nomination after its soundtrack has been formally submitted to the Recording Academy.
Composer Shashwat Sachdev has crafted the film’s musical score, which is now under review for the 2025 Grammy Awards. The submission follows the completion of the film’s post‑production phase.
The nomination would mark a significant milestone for Indian cinema, as it would be one of the few instances where a Bollywood soundtrack is considered for a major international music award.
Industry insiders say that the film’s blend of traditional and contemporary music elements could appeal to the Academy’s diverse panel of judges.
