New Delhi – The Rajasthan state administration revealed a massive school development programme worth ₹12,500 crore. The plan, presented by the chief minister’s office, aims to upgrade infrastructure, introduce modern teaching aids and expand enrollment across rural and urban districts.
The announcement arrives amid growing protests led by the Chief Justice of India, who has questioned recent state policies on education funding. Officials said the scheme will be implemented in phases and financed through a combination of state resources and central assistance.
