The Rajasthan cabinet approved contracts worth ₹370 crore to boost industrial infrastructure in Pali, announced Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.

Rajasthan's state administration has sanctioned contracts totaling ₹370 crore aimed at expanding industrial facilities in the district of Pali, the chief minister said on Monday. The contracts cover the construction of new manufacturing units, logistics hubs and ancillary services designed to attract private investment and create jobs in the region.

Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma highlighted that the projects are part of the government's broader strategy to diversify the state's industrial base beyond traditional sectors. He noted that the funding will be sourced from a mix of state allocations and private participation, ensuring rapid execution.

Officials expect the development to generate several thousand direct and indirect employment opportunities over the next few years, while also enhancing Pali's connectivity to major markets in Rajasthan and neighboring states. The contracts will be awarded through a transparent bidding process, with work slated to begin in the coming months.

The initiative aligns with Rajasthan's recent push to modernise its industrial landscape, complementing other state‑wide schemes aimed at boosting manufacturing output and export potential.
