Rajasthan Court Orders Rs 1.11 Cr Compensation

The court in Nagaur, Rajasthan, has directed the insurance company to pay a compensation of Rs 1.11 crore to the family of Ashok Kumar Sain, a Panchayat Prasar Adhikari who lost his life in a road accident. The insurance company has also been ordered to pay 7% annual interest on the compensation amount from the date of the claim petition till the payment is made. This order brings a sense of relief to the family of the deceased official who had been waiting for justice for five long years.
