Chief Minister Sai clarified that the name of the Telibandha area in Raipur will remain unchanged, addressing concerns raised by local residents.
In the same statement, the CM announced the construction of a new Seva Jyoti Chowk at the tri‑junction island, a key intersection in the city.
The project is part of Raipur’s ongoing urban development plan and aims to improve traffic flow and provide a landmark for the surrounding neighbourhoods.
Officials said the chowk will be built with modern lighting and safety features, and construction is expected to begin in the coming months.
