The Rajasthan Meteorological Department has issued rain alerts for seven districts, warning of possible showers and localized flooding.
The state weather agency has placed rain alerts on seven districts of Rajasthan, indicating that moderate to heavy showers could develop over the next 24 hours.
Authorities caution that the expected rainfall may lead to waterlogging in low‑lying areas and advise residents to avoid unnecessary travel, especially on rural roads that are prone to becoming slippery.
Local officials have been instructed to monitor river levels and ensure that drainage systems are cleared to minimise disruption. Emergency services stand ready to respond to any incidents caused by sudden downpours.
The public is urged to stay updated through official channels and heed any further advisories issued by the department.
