Raihan Vadra, son of political leader Priyanka Gandhi, has taken down photographs of Delhi youth protests from an exhibition at Bikaner House, citing the content as objectionable and citing officials' concerns over timing.
Raihan Vadra, the son of political figure Priyanka Gandhi, has removed a series of photographs depicting Delhi youth protests from an exhibition hosted at Bikaner House, the Rajasthan government’s cultural venue in New Delhi.
The photos, which were displayed as part of a broader exhibition, were described by Vadra to NDTV as “objectionable” content, prompting him to take them down.
Officials at Bikaner House had earlier flagged the timing of the exhibition, raising concerns that the display of protest imagery might be sensitive during a period of heightened political activity.
No official statement has been released by the Rajasthan government, but the incident highlights the ongoing scrutiny over public displays of political dissent in India.
