Actor R Madhavan, known for horror hits ‘13B’ and ‘Shaitaan’, is set to star in director Vishal Furia’s upcoming horror project.
Veteran actor R Madhavan, who previously headlined the horror movies ‘13B’ and ‘Shaitaan’, is returning to the genre with a new project. The film will be directed by Vishal Furia, a filmmaker recognised for his work in Indian horror cinema.
The collaboration marks Madhavan’s second partnership with Furia, following his earlier forays into supernatural thrillers. While details such as the title, plot and release schedule remain under wraps, industry observers note that the pairing could revive audience interest in home‑grown horror.
Both Madhavan and Furia have expressed enthusiasm about the venture, hinting that the film aims to blend psychological tension with traditional scares. Production is expected to commence soon, with further announcements likely in the coming weeks.
