Actress Preity Zinta has reportedly secured a high-end residential property on rent in Mumbai's sought-after Pali Hill area. Documents accessed indicate a two-year leave-and-license agreement for a spacious apartment within the Art Veda building.
The lease agreement commenced on May 27, 2026, with a monthly license fee of Rs 6 lakh for the first year. This fee is set to increase to Rs 6.5 lakh per month for the second year of the lease. A security deposit of Rs 27 lakh was also part of the transaction.
The leased property spans approximately 1,500 square feet and includes a dedicated parking space. The upscale Bandra neighborhood continues to attract notable personalities, with Zinta now adding to its list of celebrity residents.
