PM Modi Look‑alike Roasts Comedian Kunal Kamra on ‘India’s Got Latent’

A mimic of Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeared on the online comedy platform ‘India’s Got Latent’ and directed a sharp roast at well‑known satirist Kunal Kamra. The look‑alike, dressed in Modi’s signature attire, interrupted Kamra’s routine to ask, “WhatsApp ka chutkula utha liya kya?” – a direct reference to the comedian’s recent social‑media jokes.

Kamra, known for his political commentary, responded with his characteristic wit, but the exchange quickly went viral, drawing thousands of views within minutes. The clip has been shared across multiple platforms, sparking debate over the boundaries of political satire and impersonation.

Observers note that such impersonations are increasingly used in Indian digital entertainment to comment on current affairs, blurring the line between humor and political critique. While no official statements have been made by either party, the episode underscores the growing influence of internet‑based comedy shows in shaping public discourse.
