The Odisha government has launched a dedicated tourism portal coupled with an investment system aimed at drawing foreign investors to the state's travel sector.
Odisha's tourism department inaugurated a digital portal today, designed to showcase the state's cultural heritage, natural attractions and upcoming projects. The platform integrates an investment gateway that allows global investors to explore opportunities, submit proposals and track approvals online.
The portal features interactive maps, virtual tours of key destinations such as Puri, Konark and Chilika, and a database of hospitality projects seeking funding. It also provides real‑time data on land availability, policy incentives and regulatory procedures, streamlining the investment cycle.
