NSUI Stages Symbolic Protest in Delhi Against Vote Rigging

Delhi – Members of the National Students' Union of India gathered in the capital on Tuesday to stage a symbolic protest against what they described as vote theft. The activists assembled at a public venue, unfurled placards and chanted slogans condemning alleged irregularities in the electoral process.
The demonstration was deliberately non‑violent, with participants holding a sit‑in and displaying banners that called for transparency and accountability in voting. Organisers said the protest aims to raise public awareness and pressure authorities to safeguard the integrity of elections.
NSUI leaders urged the Election Commission and law‑enforcement agencies to intensify monitoring and to investigate any reports of malpractice. They reiterated their commitment to a free and fair democratic process.
No official comment from election officials was recorded at the time of reporting.
