NDA and Right-Wing Group Criticise Arshad Madani Over 'Mosques Will Flourish' Comment

In a recent statement, Islamic scholar Arshad Madani said that mosques would flourish, a remark that has sparked controversy across the political spectrum. The NDA coalition, citing concerns over communal harmony, condemned the comment as inflammatory and urged restraint. A right‑wing organisation echoed the criticism, arguing that the statement could exacerbate tensions among communities. Both parties emphasized the need for respectful dialogue in a diverse society.
