The National Cadet Corps inaugurated a new rifle firing simulator at the Army Institute of Technology and Management in Pune, enhancing training capabilities for cadets.
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) officially opened a state‑of‑the‑art rifle firing simulator at the Army Institute of Technology and Management (AITAM) in Pune.
The simulator replicates real‑life firing conditions, allowing cadets to practice marksmanship, safety protocols and target acquisition in a controlled environment.
This addition is part of NCC’s broader initiative to modernise training infrastructure and provide cadets with advanced technical tools.
AITAM, a premier military institute in Maharashtra, will now host a cutting‑edge training facility that aligns with the defence ministry’s emphasis on skill development for youth.
