National Conference Faces Internal Turmoil Over J&K Cabinet Reshuffle

The National Conference (NC) is grappling with persistent internal dissent regarding the recent cabinet reshuffle in the Jammu and Kashmir government. Party sources indicate that a section of the leadership and workers are unhappy with the distribution of portfolios and the inclusion of certain figures in the new council of ministers.

This discontent has surfaced despite the government's efforts to present a united front after the administrative changes. The tension within the party ranks highlights the challenges faced in managing internal dynamics during a critical period of political consolidation in the region.

While no formal split has been announced, the murmurs of dissatisfaction suggest that the party leadership may need to address these grievances to maintain cohesion. Observers note that such internal friction can impact the party's effectiveness in implementing policies and engaging with the public in the state.
