Actor Nana Patekar explained that the film 'Horn OK Pleassss' failed to hit the screens because distributors offered Rs. 18 crore, while producers demanded a higher amount.
The Indian film "Horn OK Pleassss" has remained unreleased despite being completed, according to a recent statement by veteran actor Nana Patekar.
Patekar, who was part of the project, disclosed that the primary obstacle was a financial disagreement between the film’s distributors and producers. While distributors were willing to pay Rs. 18 crore for distribution rights, the producers insisted on a higher sum.
The producers’ demand exceeded the distributors’ offer, leading to a stalemate that prevented the film from securing a release window. As a result, the movie has not been screened in any theaters.
Industry observers note that such financial impasses are not uncommon in Bollywood, but the case of "Horn OK Pleassss" remains a notable example of how distribution deals can halt a film’s journey to audiences.
