Muslim community protests Congress ticket decision in Ajmer, burns effigy of ex-RTDC chief

A crowd of Muslim residents gathered in the Andarkoat locality of Ajmer, close to the historic Dargah, to voice strong opposition to a recent ticket allocation by the Congress party. The protest centered on the party's decision to nominate an outsider for the upcoming electoral contest, a move that the demonstrators said ignored local aspirations.
Participants marched through the streets, chanting slogans and holding placards that highlighted their demand for a local candidate.
