Hundreds of young individuals in Madhya Pradesh are facing career uncertainty as the Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company has not provided joining letters for over a year after they cleared the selection examination.
A significant number of aspiring candidates in Madhya Pradesh are experiencing a prolonged delay in starting their careers, despite successfully clearing a competitive examination. The Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company (MPPKVVCL) has reportedly failed to issue joining letters to these selected individuals for more than a year.
These candidates, having reportedly forgone opportunities in the private sector with attractive packages, had placed their hopes on securing government jobs. Their success in the state-level examination was seen as a stepping stone to stable employment. However, the continued deferral of the joining process has left them in a state of uncertainty and distress.
