Madhya Pradesh police have reduced the limit for e-zero FIR in cyber fraud cases to Rs 25,000. Victims can now report frauds of Rs 25,000 or more immediately.
In a move to tackle cyber fraud, the Madhya Pradesh police have lowered the limit for e-zero FIR to Rs 25,000. This means that victims of cyber fraud can now report incidents of fraud of Rs 25,000 or more and expect prompt action. The police have urged victims to report such incidents immediately by calling 1930. This step is expected to help victims of cyber fraud get quicker justice.
