A Joint Director in Madhya Pradesh has been served a contempt notice by the High Court for allegedly appearing in court in his underwear during a video conference hearing.
The Madhya Pradesh High Court issued a contempt notice to Joint Director Amit Gajbhiye for his alleged inappropriate conduct during a video conference hearing. The court found his attire, which reportedly included underwear, to be disrespectful and in violation of court decorum. Gajbhiye has been given four weeks to respond to the notice. The court has also sought a report from the state government regarding the incident.
