Leader of Opposition Singhar has announced plans to appeal to the Supreme Court following the High Court's dismissal of a plea seeking an early decision on the disqualification of Nirmala Sapre.

Madhya Pradesh Leader of Opposition, Singhar, has stated his intention to file an appeal in the Supreme Court. This move comes after the High Court dismissed a petition that sought an expedited decision regarding the disqualification of Nirmala Sapre.

Singhar indicated that the petition was based on Supreme Court guidelines, which stipulate that the Speaker should make such decisions within a 90-day timeframe. The reasons behind the High Court's rejection of the plea remain unclear to the opposition leader.

The legal challenge concerns the disqualification proceedings against Nirmala Sapre, and the opposition is now seeking the apex court's intervention to ensure a timely resolution.
