MP Farmers' Extension Officers to Strike 17-20 Aug Over E‑Attendance Policy

The Agriculture Extension Officers Association in Madhya Pradesh has called for a strike from 17 to 20 August to oppose the implementation of an e‑attendance system that would replace manual attendance records. The union says the new system will increase administrative burden and reduce flexibility for officers working in remote villages. The strike will involve a pen‑candle protest and a boycott of all online work assigned by the state government.
