Chief Minister Vijay Shah applauded all former governments for their role in Madhya Pradesh’s development from 1956 to today, but urged a clear comparison between progress before and after 2003.
At a recent public gathering in Bhopal, Chief Minister Vijay Shah took the opportunity to commend the leadership of all previous governments and chief ministers for their contributions to Madhya Pradesh’s growth since independence.
Shah highlighted that the state has seen steady progress over the decades, but he stressed that the pace of development accelerated markedly after 2003.
He urged state officials and citizens alike to evaluate the achievements before and after 2003, noting that the vision set for 2047 should be built on lessons from this comparative analysis.
The CM also mentioned that the rapid development witnessed in recent years is a result of focused policies and better governance, which he believes can be further enhanced by learning from past experiences.
Shah’s remarks were received positively by the audience, with many expressing support for a data‑driven approach to future planning.
