Morning fog to blanket Bihar for four days, daytime skies remain clear

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a short‑term outlook for Bihar, indicating that a thin layer of fog will develop in the early hours across a number of districts. The fog is forecast to be light to moderate, most likely affecting northern and central parts of the state, including Patna, Gaya, and Muzaffarpur. Visibility may drop to 200‑400 metres in the worst pockets, prompting caution for commuters. From mid‑morning onward, temperatures are expected to rise and the fog to lift, delivering clear skies and moderate humidity throughout the day. Daytime highs are projected between 28°C and 32°C. Residents are advised to use low‑beam headlights, avoid unnecessary travel during the densest periods, and stay updated with local bulletins. The outlook remains unchanged for the next four days, after which a fresh forecast will be released.
