Miyawala MDDA Park has recently unveiled a pedal boating facility inspired by the iconic Nainital style. The new attraction allows visitors to navigate the park’s water body on manually powered boats, providing a leisurely and eco-friendly mode of recreation.
The initiative was introduced as part of the park’s ongoing efforts to enhance visitor amenities and promote family-friendly activities. By adopting a proven model from Nainital, the park aims to attract both local residents and tourists seeking a relaxed water‑based experience.
Park officials highlighted that the pedal boats are designed to be safe and accessible for all age groups, with easy-to-use handles and stable platforms. The addition is expected to increase footfall during weekends and special events, contributing to the park’s role as a community gathering spot.
