Real‑estate developer Mayfair Housing has announced a 250‑acre polo‑inspired residential project in Gujarat, marking its entry into the state’s luxury housing market.
Mayfair Housing, a developer known for premium residential projects, disclosed plans to build a 250‑acre estate in Gujarat that will be themed around the sport of polo. The development is expected to feature a central polo ground, club facilities, landscaped gardens and high‑end villas designed for affluent buyers.
The company said the project will be located on the outskirts of a major city in Gujarat, though the exact site has not been disclosed. It aims to tap the growing demand for luxury housing among high‑net‑worth individuals and NRIs investing in the state.
Construction is slated to begin later this year, with an estimated completion timeline of four to five years. Mayfair Housing expects the estate to generate significant employment opportunities during both the building phase and ongoing operations of its amenities.
