Marvel's New Series 'Zodiac' Slated for Disney+ Launch in 2028

Disney+ announced that Marvel Studios' next television project, titled "Zodiac," is scheduled to arrive on the platform in 2028. The series joins a growing slate of Marvel content that the streaming service has been rolling out over the past few years. While details about the plot and cast remain under wraps, the release year signals a long‑term production timeline typical of high‑budget franchise shows.

The confirmation came as part of Disney's broader strategy to expand its Marvel universe beyond the big‑screen, leveraging the streaming service to reach global audiences. Industry observers note that a 2028 debut places the series in the later phase of Disney+'s content calendar, suggesting a deliberate pacing to avoid overlap with major cinematic releases.

Fans of the Marvel franchise can now mark their calendars for the late‑2020s, awaiting further updates on creative teams and storyline direction as production progresses toward the slated launch date.
