Manipur CM Criticizes Unity Talkers for Not Going Beyond Valley

India Today NE quoted the Manipur Chief Minister as saying that leaders who speak of unity are unwilling to venture beyond the valley.

He pointed out that such leaders confine their activities to the Imphal valley, neglecting the hill districts and other regions of the state.

The comment highlights a perceived gap between rhetorical calls for unity and actual outreach across Manipur's diverse geography.

Political observers suggest that the remark could shape future discussions on inclusive governance and regional harmony in the state.
