Man uses drugged biscuits and tea to rob passengers on a Bihar train

Police in Bihar have opened an investigation after reports that a man on a passenger train used drug-laced biscuits and tea to incapacitate fellow travelers. According to authorities, the suspect offered the snacks to passengers, causing them to lose consciousness temporarily.
