After four failed attempts, a farmer's son from Maharashtra secured an impressive AIR 812 in the UPSC exam, emphasizing the need for a backup plan.

A farmer’s son from Maharashtra has broken the cycle of failure by securing an impressive All India Rank of 812 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination after four unsuccessful attempts.

The candidate, who grew up on a small farm, had previously failed the exam three times before finally clearing it on his fourth attempt. He attributes his success to disciplined preparation and a realistic understanding of the competitive nature of the exam.

In a recent interview, he stressed that having a Plan B is essential for aspirants, especially those from rural backgrounds, to avoid prolonged uncertainty and to ensure a stable future even if the primary goal is not achieved.
