Workers of the Mahagathbandhan staged a protest in Jehanabad, burning effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Chief Election Commissioner, demanding their resignation amid accusations of vote theft and voter list irregularities.

On Wednesday, Mahagathbandhan workers gathered in Jehanabad to protest alleged vote theft and irregularities in the voter list. The demonstrators set fire to effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and the Chief Election Commissioner, calling for their resignation. The protest was organized by local party cadres who cited discrepancies in the electoral rolls as a major concern. Police were on standby to maintain order, but no major clashes were reported. The Mahagathbandhan leadership has urged the authorities to investigate the allegations and ensure a free and fair election process.
