The state’s yoga championship will be contested in three rounds on Aug 30, Sep 6 and Sep 12, with participants aged 8‑20 and above competing in multiple categories.
Indore will host the Madhya Pradesh yoga championship, which will be concluded over three separate stages. The first round is scheduled for 30 August, followed by the second on 6 September and the final stage on 12 September.
Athletes ranging from eight years old to those above twenty will take part, showcasing their skills across several age‑based and skill‑based categories. The multi‑stage format is designed to identify the state’s top yogi through progressive competition.
Organisers have confirmed that the event will adhere to standard yoga competition guidelines, ensuring fair assessment of posture, flexibility, balance and overall performance. Winners from each category will be crowned state champions at the conclusion of the third stage.
