Madhya Pradesh to Build 26.57-Crore Hall at CM House Before 2027 Investors Summit

The Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation has approved a ₹26.57 crore public assembly hall at the CM House, to be completed before the January 2027 Global Investors Summit.
During a recent meeting, the Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation (MPBDC) decided to construct a public assembly hall at the Chief Minister’s House. The project, valued at ₹26.57 crore, is slated for completion before the Global Investors Summit scheduled for January 2027.
MPBDC will also establish a dedicated revenue body to manage the financial aspects of the construction and future operations of the hall. The initiative aims to provide a modern venue for public events and enhance the state’s infrastructure.
The decision follows a review of the CM House’s current facilities and the need for a space that can accommodate large gatherings. The hall’s design will incorporate contemporary architectural features while ensuring accessibility for all visitors.
The corporation plans to commence construction in the next fiscal quarter, with a projected timeline of 18 months to reach full operational status. The project is expected to create local employment opportunities and stimulate the regional construction sector.
