In the 2026 National Nutrition Month, Madhya Pradesh ranked third nationwide, recording over 1.09 crore activities, while Mandla topped the list and Neemuch came second.
Madhya Pradesh achieved the third highest rank in the 2026 National Nutrition Month, a nationwide initiative aimed at improving child and maternal nutrition.
The state logged more than 1.09 crore nutrition-related activities across schools, health centers and community outreach programs, according to official data released by the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
Mandla district led the country with the highest number of activities, securing the top position, while Neemuch followed as the second highest contributor.
The rankings highlight Madhya Pradesh’s strong focus on nutrition interventions and are expected to guide future resource allocation and policy planning at the state level.
