On Thursday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the Panchayatna Temple in the town of Onkarishwar. The ceremony will be attended by senior state officials and local dignitaries, marking the official start of construction.
The temple is being built with distinctive architectural elements, including 121 ornamental kalash (finials) atop its spires and 100 intricately carved stone pillars that will frame the main sanctum.
