During a visit to Ujjain, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav observed Raksha Bandhan as sanitation volunteer women tied a rakhi on his wrist, wishing him health and longevity.
Ujjain welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for a brief public engagement on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The ceremony was organized by the city’s municipal sanitation volunteers, known locally as "Safai Mitra" sisters, who gathered to honor the leader.
During the event, the volunteers tied a traditional rakhi around the CM's wrist, a symbolic gesture of protection and goodwill. In response, the CM thanked the group, highlighting the importance of community participation in keeping the city clean and safe.
