The Uttar Pradesh government has begun acquiring land across 37 villages to develop New Noida into the state’s next manufacturing hub.
The Uttar Pradesh administration has officially launched a land‑acquisition drive covering 37 villages surrounding New Noida. The move is aimed at creating a large‑scale manufacturing hub that will augment the state’s industrial capacity.
The selected parcels will be consolidated to form an integrated industrial zone, with the expectation that the new hub will attract domestic and foreign manufacturers seeking proximity to Delhi’s logistics network.
Officials have indicated that the acquisition process will be carried out in accordance with existing land‑acquisition laws, and further phases of development will be announced as the project progresses.
